What changes with Exclusive?

The commercial terms: a lower success fee and a longer guarantee period. The search itself — the same engineers, the same process — stays exactly the same.

Do I have to choose Exclusive now?

No. Every search starts on standard terms, and Exclusive is an optional upgrade you can discuss with us whenever the role calls for it.

Where can I see the actual prices?

All fees are published on the pricing page — no call required. The comparison table shows what is included; pricing shows what it costs.
